Does Eastwood Community Centre have DGR status? Yes!
Through the Public Fund for DGR (managed by the Australian Neighborhood Houses and Centre’s Association (ANHCA), Eastwood Community Centre has access to DGR status. This means Eastwood can accept tax deductible donations and apply for funds from philanthropic funds/trusts and corporations requiring DGR status. The listing of ANHCA Inc. in Division 30, section 30-45 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 ensures donates of $2 or more to the ANHCA Public Fund for DGR are tax deductible.
